SIRIUS
It was the crack of dawn, the light shone through the treetops and his brilliant oceanic blue eyes soaked in the rising of the sun as it inched higher in the skies by the minute. It had been somewhere between ten and twenty minutes that he'd climbed into this tree that seemed rather bare that the tops, making it a primal location for sun spotting. How he loved sun spotting... it was one of his favorite things to do. Being agile and wrapped up in nature's ways, he's made it a point to either watch the sunrise or sunset each and every day... and to day was no different. He'd arrived on these lands not a few days prior with his sister not far behind, and thus far he saw no sign of others other than a vague dominant scent. Sirius discovered through his slow and steady pace along the borders the claimed terrain, that he found himself being in a more serene frame of mind which is just what he needed. Lately he'd been thinking of his past, which poured into his present and would inevitably find it way into his future with the luck that he had. The losses he endured was rather heavy on his shoulders, so these moments he had to himself like this were key to his psyche.
The earth was still barren and the snow was still present, so naturally the air was crisp and the temperature was still frigid for the most part. Spring was not far, however the Winter season was still very much present and showed little signs of tapering off. Admittedly this was Sirius's least favorite time of year, however, it took much more to push him into hiding and hibernation. The large male was rare to be held back in general, especially since weather was the least of his worries when it came down to it.
Sirius leaned into the tree he sat in about twenty feet up, extending his right arm upward so he could grab the branch above. Steadying himself, he stretched the opposite leg forward in order to settle in a little further. He assumed that he'd not be having company since the night was so silent, so he figured that he might as well get comfortable while he waited the sunrise. The spotted fit male dug his charcoal nails into the bark as his grasp grew tighter, for the wind rushed through the scene again and this time it was more of a gust than a breeze. If anyone was present in these lands they'd have surely picked up on his scent by now thanks to the revisiting winds that whistled through, however Sirius was more focused on sun spotting than anything right now.
The frigid winds carried through the lands just then, chilling his bones slightly as they passed by. It was whipping through his thick shoulder length hair at a near violent pace, and quickly he realized that he'd lost control of it. Raising his free hand, he reached to his waistline of his loincloth that was juuuust big enough to hide himself. There, his fingers would fumble just a bit as he loosened the leather strap attached to it. Then, in a molasses-like motion he took a hold of his loose bunch of hair and tied it up into a messy yet strangely good looking man-bun. Sirius diverted his gaze to the sunrise once more, for the skies began to change and the large welcoming sun rose to the horizon and his favorite time of day had begun. A smile painted upon his features now, Sirius's tail hung over the thick branch he leaned upon along with his right leg and his left arm returned to its position on the branch above for safety. He leaned his head back on his bun that he used as a makeshift pillow as his deep blue eyes reflected the colors of the rising sun.

With the recent increase in visitors to her land Periwen set out to reinforce her borders, while scent was always important so too was her method of cleaning a tree of its bark with her dagger. She had already updated the markings where each of her new pack mates had made their appearances and she was now moving south and would make her way west until the sun was in the middle of the sky before she would return to the village. True the plains were harder to mark but painting stones had always worked so far. Periwen was just about to lose herself in her thoughts entirely when suddenly the smell of something, or rather someone, new brought her back to the here and now. She stopped dead in her tracks and began to move slowly, head turning side to side and her right hand reaching for the dagger strapped to her right thigh. As Periwen looked side to side she realized she had a bow and quiver stashed in the hollow of a tree just a few paces away.
Very stealthily, Periwen walked towards her weapon tree and retrieved the items in order to add to her security preferring long range weapons to her dagger when the potential danger was unknown. The smell seemed to indicate another male had found his way to her land and yet she could not see him, thinking quickly she realized this could mean only one thing and with that she turned her gaze towards the tree tops. True he could be camouflaged but thankfully the leaves had not yet regrown and only the evergreens were, as their name implied, still green and full.
"I see you up there! I presume you know it's rude to make yourself at home without first being invited to do so? Come down or I'll be forced to loose my bow."
Periwen's voice was loud and authoritative, great force and confidence backed every word. She had indeed placed an arrow to the string of her bow and pulled it tight though she did not have a target. True she claimed to see her invader but she had not yet pin pointed his location, but he certainly wouldn't know that. In any case she may still see him before he sees her if she succeeded in startling him.

SIRIUS
It took no more than a few minutes for him to be detected, which surprised him since the forest and its surroundings had been blanketed with silence since he'd arrived. The woman below was suspicious already of his completely innocent behavior and actions, which was completely natural on her part as she gathered herself and her weapons. Sirius heard the light footsteps below him as she traveled, but it was not until her tone rung through the air that alerted him he was no longer alone. His eyes narrowed gently to aid in finding her first, but it seemed that he was the one who was spotted. Her words harsh and a wee bit prickly as they began to resonate with him, suggesting that he was definitely and absolutely trespassing. Although respectful, seeing her aiming her bow and arrow to the skies as her authoritative words escaped her muzzle made Sirius smile for another reason. It was nice in his opinion to see a female hold her ground and be the dominant one in a situation, and it was this fact that made him comply so effortlessly to her.
With his core muscles Sirius grasped onto the thick branch he was on, and with all fours as he lowered himself onto the one below and so forth until he finally swung himself on the lowest of limbs. His slow movement carried his actions, so each move he made was calculated and precise. The somewhat shy brute landed at 10 o'clock sharp in front of her moments after she'd finished attempting to threaten him, which was not the reason he listened. "Excellent vision, Miss. I was simply setting myself up for a good view of the sunrise. I assume you've watched it on multiple occasions, but perhaps not from that location. Prime sun spotting there, I might say." he said, offering her a half smile as he raised his hands as if he were an outlaw being gunned down in a joking manner. He shrugged his shoulders slightly as his palms rotated upward as if to give a silent "you win," with his actions. Resting his arms at his sides, with a heavy motion his deep blue gaze met those of the admittedly eye-catching female. He knew it would be a matter of time before she lowered her weapons, but he thought he'd acknowledge what she was packing to assert his own friendliness whilst letting her know that he was not easily spooked. "Impressive set of weaponry you got there. Sorry for the intrusion, I am Sirius."

Periwen watched this new male make his way down the tree one level at a time but kept her arrow trained on him well until he was on solid ground and even then she kept the string pulled tightly, only lowering the point just slightly. Not only did she hear the thump of his landing but she felt the Earth give and ripple it's way to her position and she knew though he could climb readily he was still weighty which what she could tell was muscle.
"Thank you, an alpha requires many things one of which being a keen sight. While I am always awake for the sunrise I admit I do not get the time I would like to enjoy it. If I'm being honest I must admit I enjoy watching the Moon rise far more."
Now that conversation had begun and he was very clearly making no motion to cause her pain she released the tension in her bow and held the arrow in the same hand as the bow itself, hoping the male before her did not miss the trust she was placing in him. She also hoped he didn't mistake her trust as a weakness.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Sirius, my name is Periwen and as I mentioned I am the alpha female here in Atheria. I will forgive your intrusion if you are able to answer for why you have come here. Have you business on my land? Do you look to move on through or are you perhaps looking for a more long term stay?"
They were the same questions she asked everyone who stumbled upon her land knowingly or otherwise and she offered just enough information of her own to make it clear that there was no higher authority for them to answer to. True her information often brought on new questions from her guests but these were to be expected and we even quite welcome. It always intrigued her to hear what they desired to know first.

SIRIUS
His gaze never left hers as her actions unfolded, beginning with lowering her bow slightly following with a full retreat of her weapon as she began to let her guard down. Technically she would always have the upper-hand since she claimed the land, and because Sirius was the one who was weaponless and clueless of the layout of which she's taken. This did not change the fact that Sirius clearly easily worked her charm, and gained at least some of her trust almost immediately upon meeting her which surprised him not. He was always had a way with those of higher ranks, it however helped that his parents raised him correctly from birth to treat others he'd like to be treated.
The words she offered him were more to him than just a reply, it was a response that actually got him thinking. She mentioned the rising of the moon being a favorite of hers, which was something that the actively fit brute had never really considered until now. Why had he always appreciated sun spotting rather than moon spotting? He began thinking about how the moon was sometimes harder to find which would present a challenge... the sun always rose predominantly and assertively. It looked the same daily, it rose the same daily... the moon was forever changing and without fail the more fascinating of the two. A forever changing globe hanging in the sky, one that affected the tides, gravity... She brought up a good point, and Sirius would be lying if he did not already appreciate her way of thinking along with her confidence in her approach.
Nodding to her in acknowledgment, she continued labeling herself as the Alpha and quizzing him like any good leader would do leaving a pause at the end for him to reply. "Pleased to meet you, Periwen. I have come to make a new home for myself, so I suppose to answer your question about that I'd be searching for a 'long term stay'." he began, casually adjusting his waistband to make sure it was placed just so as a wave of self consciousness came over him. Moving on to what she'd said earlier, the thing that really made him tick... "I have to say, I've never thought of moon spotting rather than sun spotting... I have never watched the rising moon. On a night where you feel comfortable, maybe you and I could watch the sun set as the moon rises... We could both knock something off of our bucket lists." said Sirius, his gaze searching hers as his body language remained calm, cool and collected as the crisp night air changed the atmosphere around them. Looking upward, the remaining hairs that fell loose from his messy bun fell backwards with gravity, "Where is the moon now? I do not see it..." he said a little stupidly, knowing that it might lighten the mood further. If he had looked left, or right... perhaps behind him he'd be sure to find it. This was an excuse to get to know his new Alpha better, and to get a chance to perhaps explore the lands further with the wolf that obviously knew best.

She could not help but to be shocked when he mentioned not having considered watching the moon in her nightly dance, but then she had to remind herself not everyone put as much stock into the Moon Goddess as her pack had done growing up. Upon deeper contemplation she settled her brain enough to realize Sirius had said he was looking for a long term stay. It seemed she was gaining several new members recently, something that was incredibly exciting for someone who had been alone for so long, but then Sirius would know nothing of that, not yet anyway.
"I'm sure there is a place for you among the number here in Atheria, there is plenty of room to explore here and many occupations and ranks available for earning should such a thing appeal to you. In regards to Goddess Moon, she was the primary deity of worship when I was younger and so she has remained though not exclusively so. I do not press my beliefs on those who wish to reside here though I do press that tolerance is required as holidays will be observed publicly but you are free to worship or not worship as you see fit. At present the Goddess had dimmed her light, allowing for the Sun to be the center of attention and to aid in the green things to grow. She will be sleeping the day away about mid-sky, likely in the west about now."
While Periwen knew of the Moons patterns and rituals she did not keep track of Her ever move and location, it was true enough that she certainly could have had she so desired but she always felt that was rather rude, surely the Moon offered her beloved canines some privacy and so two should they in return.
"Evenings are excellent times for pack bonding so I don't see why a Sunset and Moonrise would not be enjoyed together. Just wait for the longest night of the year, we have quite the celebration in the Goddess' honor."
A smile spread across her muzzle and a spark lit in her eyes and for this she wasn't even the slightest bit ashamed. The celebration had long been her favorite, even over celebrating her own birthday and she was certain it would always be her favorite. Just thinking of the night brought her back to her childhood and the joy associated with it.

Pandora
The frost glistened lightly on the trunks of the evergreen forest. The glowing rays of the morning sun creeping through the evergreens thick foliage slowly. Winter would recede back into the hells from which it came, Spring would bring about regeneration and regrowth of the earth.
The crisp air inviting and encouraging the senses of a dainty female clad in stripes. Her movements cloaked by her stealthy steps. Of course any real hunter with a trained ear could easily hear the pats of her pads against mothers decayed surface. Winter was so depressing. Eyes of the purest pale blue stayed focus on an opening yards away form her current position. She was successful yet again of evading her brothers hawk eyes to frolic in the caverns miles away. They were something stumbled upon but greatly rejoiced until every facing stone now laid touched by her petite hands. Gracefully the vixen cleared the distance between herself and the masculine scent of her brother in a records time, her creamy base tone kissed by stripes mimicking that of a tigers but narrower. From a pale blond to a shade of brown closer to chocolate than tan did the stripes run from her extremities to her stomach. They swirled in intricate marbled markings upon her back and sides, breaking up the straight run of boring stripes. Strands of blonde locks billowed behind her 100lbs frame as her pace was one of a hare escaping a predator. Smooth locks tainted by staggering dread locks and beautifully tied braids bounced with her every step, a leather tied clump of hair stayed plastered against her shoulder, dual feathers of an African Starling contrasting against her pelt.
A different scent drug through her leathered nostrils and caused an immediate stop in her steps, a female? Her brother had found a female, perhaps an Alpha? Excitement lit behind her dark rimmed eyes, it had seemed like ages since they had encountered new faces. This is what she lived for, new friends. And of course, the earth itself. With a quick jolt the female was off again, her arms tucked elbows against her ribs as she ran. She was a stag, running wild and free again. The sickness rid from her body for months now. There was always the lingering fear of it returning, but for now, the moment is all that mattered.
Wrapped tightly around her small frame be a matching set of tattered and tanned hide fashioned into a skirt of sorts and a brazier top. Uncomfortable to say in the least, but the cute addition of bows on her hips and resting in between her supple breasts made her at least compromise for the time being. Beads Malachite decorated her in numerous places, the leather ends of the ties on her clothing as well as in her locks. What appeared to be a pair of 5-point antlers sat snug on top of her skull. Fastened by a thick leather strap that tied securely around her head. Careful not to let the wind rip them from her, her muzzle angled slightly upwards to catch the brunt of the breeze she stirred up with her quick pace.
Slowly her movement to a mere trot her body pushed through the trunks and out into the open. Her bright stare fluttering from one thing to the next and ultimately landing on Sirius which led to a sheepish grin from the young wolf. This was certainly not the first time she had strayed from him to feed her need to explore. He was opposite, he was a straight arrow with his eyes always on the prize. Though she admired him she also had a strong resentment for his rules, any rules for that matter.
Her grin wiped clean from her fawn hued face as she turned over her attention to the female. She was glorious, curves and locks of ebony, what a sight. Without a moments hesitation she moved only a few feet from the side of Sirius, facing the gorgeous creature he spoke to. "I hate to impose, but has he told you how incredibly pretty you are?" her voice musical in tone. "If not, he's dumb, nothing new" Her eyes quickly angled up to her older brother as a smirk tugged at her lips. "I'm Pandora, this monsters sister" her tones never shifted form their unusually joyous tone. The orange rays beginning to cast over the trio, forcing a soft glow on them. The marveled look on her face blatantly apparent. "Could we..could we..maybe.. I don't know.." her tone trailing but immediately returning. "Could we stay here?" the hopeful look on her face was like a child in hands reach of a desperately wanted toy. Her muscles still rigid and tight from the mixture of a sprint and the cold air, her posture straight backed and proud as she stood in front of the Alpha female.

SIRIUS
He gave her most of his attention, his eyes connecting with her as she spoke about her home as she called out its name once more... he'd have to remember that. As he began to mull that over in his head, trying to make it a permanent word in his vocabulary it was clear she was not done answering him. No surprise there, so he acknowledged her words about the pack and its ranks with a silent nod of politeness as he allowed her to fascinate him with her point of view. Never had he thought about the Moon like she had, and it was clear by the conversation that they could learn a thing or two from the other. A pause was given in their exchanges, and he politely offered his thought on her pack, religion, and offering of ranks should it please him. "I must say that your offer does sound promising, and I am a man of my word so upon acceptance find solace that you have a very dedicated member climbing your ranks." said Sirius, making a little plea for himself as well as reassuring Periwen that she would not regret her choices. A smile brightened his features, "As for your religion and the Moon Mother as you call her, I'd like to learn more of this and become the best I can for the lifestyle you're attempting to project, and I find that I am open minded. No need for shoving ideals, Periwen. When creatures unite and communicate with one another it makes it easier to an understanding with one another, I believe that communication is key." he said, sharing his thoughts with her hoping that she would be on the same page.
It was then he noticed that the changes that took place with the unique Alpha female standing before him. It was how visibly happy she seemed as she mentioned the festival that she planned, connecting his favorite planet and her own together. Honestly how could she /not/ get excited about this? A smile crept onto his chiseled features as well, showing his own way of appreciating her words and ideas.
It was then that his only living relative he knew of approached in her own childish yet endearing way, interrupting his train of thought temporarily. She was not that quiet, so she was easily detected in this specific time, and her words were just as clumsy. Although his little sister spoke the truth of the Alpha's beauty, he was not one to speak of that off the bat... of at all. Unless he felt strongly... unless he was absolutely sure, he'd not share his thoughts like that. However, Pandora knew him well, and knew his type... not that that was something he often thought about if he thought about it at all. He was not blind, but he also was not bold enough to state such facts. The large striped male eyed his sister as if to scold her gently with his deep oceanic gaze, forcing a smile to greet his defiant blessing of a sibling. She was not embarrassing him necessarily, but what are younger family members for but to make attempts to irk one another? His left hand lifted to the back of his neck as he rubbed it gently with his palm with a bit of awe mixed with nervousness as he got a bit self-conscious, but dropped just as soon as it began.
He chuckled, looking to Periwen with a shrug as he reached out to pat Pandora's bare shoulder in a brotherly way. "Captain Obvious, thank you for joining us. This is Periwen, Alpha Female of Altheria. Periwen, this is my youngest sister Pandora... she might be a small fry but she packs a good punch." said Sirius as he balled his fist and punched her gently in the arm, knowing he'd likely pay for that later. She however must have known what that was in response to, smiling warmly at her afterwards. Lowering his large hand to his side running a finger along his waistband slowly before continuing, he looked to Periwen solely now, "We came to have a chance at a new start, and to rebuild ourselves from the ground up. As for this festival you speak of, I'd like to know more and I am sure that my sister and I can aide you in any way possible." he said, finding himself having questions. "Are there any others that live amongst us?" he quizzed, digging for information whilst not forgetting about the festival and just what she meant about her religion. He'd have to revisit that later on.

Periwen had been well prepared to give Sirius her every ounce of attention and was fairly close to inviting him back to the village for further discussion when suddenly a female of very light coloration appeared. It was almost immediately apparent that the two wolves standing before Iwen were related. If not for their markings than for the way they interacted and spoke to one another. And as for speaking it was also immediately clear that this newly revealed female lacked a filter, or perhaps had one but chose not to use it? Time would tell. Too caught off guard to blush, though even if she had her dense fur would have spared her the embarrassment of showing her momentary discomfort, she was no stranger to flattery though she was more accustomed to receiving it from the opposite sex. She recovered quickly and nodded acknowledgment to Pandora followed quickly with a gentle smile.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Pandora, you are too kind with your words at least where they concern myself. As far as staying here goes we were just discussing that very topic. I can't, so far, see a reason why that shouldn't be an option. Have either of you any skills or hobbies you excel at?"
Once more her attention turned to Sirius as he had made mention of gaining a better understanding if her beliefs in the Moon Goddess. She hoped his desire to learn was purely genuine interest but she couldn't help but wonder if it was instead his desire to smooth his way into her upper ranks. Periwen chose to give him the benefit of the doubt but even so she made the mental note to make it clear ranks would be earned purely on deeds, later. For now she didn't feel the need to worry the fine details unless they were inquired about, for now she felt like welcoming new members into her pack.
"As far as Moon goes I would be delighted to share with either or both of you what I know if her divinity. Perhaps during a meal or maybe even during a future Moon rise which is absolutely one of the best times to talk of her."
Carefully she looked at the two, making mental notes of their accessories and realizing both seemed to favor clothing whereas Periwen and her family had always left clothes for ceremonies and special occasions. Not only their clothes but their customs and focuses seemed to be different from her own, a thought that made her excited to not only share her knowledge but to gain theirs as well.

Pandora
A dim light showed from her features as the Alpha took role of center stage. The fawn females attention placed solely on this vixen without a second thought to her brothers words. Her hands gently gathered in front of her to weave her fingers between them. Calmly she listened to Periwens precise words, noting the confidence she projected. As Sirius closed his own words she felt his large fist tap against her and in return her pale blue eyes shifted to glare at him. She would get him back, when he least expect it.
She stayed glued to her position but her attentions fell back to Periwen, it was the most respectful she could be considering she was a out lander for the past year. When the topic of the mood goddess graced her lobes she knew that this would be her home. "The Mood Goddess as well as the Horned God?" Her vocals rang out in a soft hum as her question arose. Could it be that Periwen also devoted her live to the same purpose? Her entirety happily given to these two deities before the sickness ravaged her family. Her body and mind had been initiated by the high priestess of their pack but as they lost their lives Pandora found it increasingly difficult to finish out her journey into the arms of her beloved God and Goddess. Her posture changed as her legs shifted her weight from what to another which resulted in the first being more lax and bent at the knee. This wasn't something she enjoyed, standing still, the least of things fun. However, she knew it to be necessary when greeting the new. No one wants to put off a bad first impression.
Her striped tail swayed slowly behind her slender frame while she tried her best to not let the anxiety build up. Already feeling the need explore the wondrous land that Periwen laid claim to. Patience was not a strong suit. Ears of a darker hue twitched as her eyes adjusted and focused on the female. Unclasping her petite fingers to let her arms fall against her sides before filling in the rave haired female. "As far as skills or hobbies, I seem to have a knack for finding precious stones, though they may not be of any immediate use, I do find them great to add flair to garments, weapons or even hair!" her vocals lifting to a higher tone as the excitement in her voice showed vividly. "I'm also a proficient swimmer and only feast on fish and berries, so you don't have to worry about me being fed" a smile stretched her ebony lips as she eagerly awaited for the conversation to continue. Beads of a shimmering green laid dormant against her hide clad body, some of her most recent finds integrated into what she wore. Lifting a singular paw to gently run her fingers down the twin feathers that lay tied at the end of her. Subtly showing Periwen of her finds, she was like a child at times but it came in handy when days grew dull for others. A light in the darkened sky.
While keeping her mouth plastered shut she lifted her other hand to grasp onto a Malachite bead in her hair, with a swift movement she tugged the bead over a small knot in her locks to move it freely to the end of her blonde hair and out into her hand. The smile returned when she extended her arm to offer the gift to Periwen. "Malachite is one of my favorites, so deep and earthy in color" her tones calm once more as she hoped the Alpha would accept her gift, regardless of how small it was.

The visible lift in Pandora at the mention of the Moon Goddess could not go unnoticed, Periwen couldn't help but wonder how one sibling seemed to know so much and the other very little but surely there was a valid reason. Only one way to find out. "Indeed, though the Moon mother's love interest is not the primary focus of the religion I was raised in he was certainly known. But then Lady Moon had many love interests and it's fairly rude to go poking your nose into someone else's love life."
Periwen smiled, amused at the thought of pestering the Moon herself for gossip. She would never dream of doing such a thing. She listened closely once more as Pandora began to express her interest in things that sparkle and shine and the Alpha couldn't help but to think of the various places near or on her land where the younger female may find a good outlet for her hobby. The kind Alpha also began to try and pinpoint a good role for Pandora but she would need to know more before making such an import decision and offer. Periwen was mid thought when she watched a bead find itself pulled from its warm home and thrust outward into the cool early morning air towards herself.
"For me? Are you sure? If it's your favorite I'd hate to take it from you." She tried to think swiftly now, she appreciated the gift so easily offered and just as with Jude before found herself wishing she could return the gesture. "I will only accept your gift if you promise to stay, at least for a short while her in Atheria and see if you can't find someone shiny and new to replace your generous offering with. There are some caves along the mountain range, some even within my border that you may try. Also stones that shimmer and shine often come trickling down the river and lodge themselves in my fishing nets hanging from the bridges between the two halves of town. I can show you later if you like."
Periwen smiled yet again, feeling a certain fondness for the younger female growing. Perhaps it was her bubbly spirit or maybe the readiness with which she was willing to give when she clearly had so little. In either case it spoke well for Pandora and through association her brother Sirius who Periwen was keanly waiting to learn more about.

SIRIUS
The look he was given from his sister as he punched her gently was one he lived for, and the fact that he was given the glance of annoyance by Pandora just sweetened this deal. A half-smile painted upon his features now as Periwen and Pandora began going back and forth about their love for religion and the earth, using names that he was unfamiliar with. All he knew was how the Earth worked, what made it tick. Where the Sun rose, where it set... how the winds changed temperature before a storm and how the clouds changed to suggest the oncoming weather. It was as if Sirius knew the religion they spoke of, but he spoke another language of it all together. The scientific version of it, the deep nitty gritty of Mother Earth and all that came with her. Thinking to himself how excellent this was that Pandora seemed to click with the Alphess, he released his thumb from his loin-cloth out of comfort whilst he allowed the hens to continue happily bawking at one another. Something about Periwen reminded him of his late mother, as he found himself simply listening to them have a discussion that was momentarily exclusive. Sirius watched the Alpha's mannerisms, how she lit up in unison with his sister did at the mention of the Gods present... it was very similar to that of Mother's mannerisms. In this moment Sirius began thinking about their mother, how gentle she was and how she carried herself with utmost confidence as if she knew everything there was to know. His oceanic blue eyes shifting from one to the other, his large hand found its way back to his waist where it normally lay. It was a habit he was attempting to break, however it was one that had a pretty good hold on his complicated brain.
As the sun rose higher by the minute and his focus shifted from the comfort that Periwen gave the siblings, to the comfort that the sunrise gave him. Periwen then looked to Sirius, silently suggesting that he could chime in anytime. He was very aware of things, more so than normal due to his slow and steady pace he took with the world and it was this that caused him to watch the body language after the verbal language hushed from their lips. Good thing. It was just like Pandora to give a gift to others, and this was something he appreciated of her. It clearly went a long way, the gesture that is. Just as before, Periwen lit up and smiled graciously accepted the gift that his sister foraged for not long ago. It was during that time that he found his first treasure, being the Sapphire on his necklace he so proudly wore. "I am good at being a guinea pig for hew hair styles..." he chuckled, entering a bit of humor into the mix, lifting both of his muscular arms to is head and gently swiped both sides of his braided head with his palms mostly. He was mostly joking. Continuing, "I can't speak for Pandora, but I would like to make Altheria my home. I am sorry that I have no gift... I guess I just owe you, now." said Sirius as he winked at the Alphess, continuing his thought that he started with, "Anyways, I am well versed in combat and scouting... I also have a skill in medicine and mending the wounded or sick." Sirius did not like speaking of that, and hoped that he'd not have to use this skill again.

Pandora
A hushed squeal escaped her lungs while her dainty hands clasped together to be brought up to rest under her chin. Her striped toes dancing on the ground underneath her in a shrill display of excitement to Periwen's words. The existence of her brother beside her fading in and out as she focused on the face of her Alpha. This we the first time they had been accepted into a Pack since the plague and honestly Pandora knew she belonged the second she entered the realm. Releasing her hands to rapidly slap the broad arm of Sirius, her eyes danced to his face to see if he approved of this. "Can we stay?!" a bright magic twirled around her tones as she looked longingly at her only remaining family member.
Her attention span the size of a grain of salt, before letting Sirius speak his words the flighty vixen affixed her gaze back upon the raven haired female. A soft reminder nudged her to address the gift she had given. "I have a few more, plus, I think it brings out your eyes" her toothy grin wide across her face. "Apologies, sometimes excitement gets the better of me.." her vocals trailing as she tried to recompose herself. Strands of milky blonde caught by a soft breeze flew in front of her face skewing her view for a moments time. Some would immediately catch these buggers and replace them, but she was more than use to her hair skewing her view. It was then that she remembered stashing her antlers by a tree nearby. It was difficult sprinting with them and she mostly wore them when lounging. A trophy from a proud buck her father took down, it was the first time she had learned how to skin, tan and create. A cherished memory.
Her body still, calm, collected, her face bright with a joy indescribable in nature. Her feet found the earth behind her to put distance between herself and the pair. "Well, if you don't mind, I believe I have some adventures calling me" And with a quick turn on her heel her tail whipped around her body and spun her in the direction she came from. First she would find her headband, and then she'd find what the lands had hidden. "Catch me later, Sirius" echoed in the air while her muscles tightened to push her standstill to a sprint. "Thank you Periwen!" Followed right after in a lighter tone as her thin frame dissolved into the thick trunks of the forest again. Like a firefly she would stay around long enough to light a place up and then move on as she saw fit.

Periwen watched and listened to each of the siblings, Pandora was obviously delighted with the idea of treasures to find and a place to call home. Aside from their appearance it was hard to tell that the two were at all related, their bearing so incredibly different but delightful. She watched as Pandora chimed happily before announcing adventure was calling her name and disappearing into the brush. Periwen would have liked to show her where the village was but trusted the young female would be able to find her way. With the departure of the free spirit Periwen returned her focus to Sirius and the numerous skills he listed
"You do certainly sound like the jack of all trades. I'm sure I can find a good fit for you here in Atheria, something you'll enjoy doing of course. And I don't need a gift, I am just happy to have new members to share my home. I feel as though I have been grilling the both of you quite thoroughly. Have you anything you wish to ask of me?"
A smile still spread across her muzzle from the energy Pandora had departed with and from the knowledge of having so many new packmates, these were certainly promising times and she couldn't help but be excited for the future of Atheria.
